Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States from our in-house stock. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at checkout for an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays outside of our control.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at contactus@teeandaye.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.
