Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at contactus@teeandaye.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label for defective/incorrect orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
