Michael Carver | CEO

Michael Carver, Co-Founder of Talent & Artist Collective (TAC) is a creative powerhouse based in Jacksonville, Florida. Also known by his artistic alias Jethro Punk, for over 25 years he's been immersed in the world of music, art, and visual storytelling, shaping ideas into experiences that inspire and connect people.

A proud graduate of Florida State University, his journey has taken him across the United States, collaborating with diverse artists, musicians, and visionaries who share a passion for authentic expression. Each project he takes on, whether it’s music production, video direction, or artistic development, is grounded in creativity, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.

At TAC, we strive to bridge the gap between raw talent and refined vision, helping artists bring their stories to life through sound, visuals, and emotion. Mike's work is more than a career; it’s a lifelong pursuit of art that moves people, challenges norms, and celebrates individuality.

Rett Wicker | COO

Rett Wicker is a Jacksonville-born multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter, and session vocalist with a passion for elevating artists. As co-founder and Head of Artist Development at Talent & Artists Collective (formerly Tee&Aye Collective), he bridges art and strategy; offering production, songwriting, live performance, branding, and visual direction. From stage to studio, Rett helps artists break limits, discover their sound, and craft work that’s authentic, distinctive, and built to last. If you have writers block, this resilient creative force is sure to mentor and inspire.

KC Shore | CTO

KC Shore grew up in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, playing guitar in multiple bands in the metal and alternative scene before taking his music in a new direction. He received degrees in Psychology and Information Systems from UNF to pursue a career in software development. At Talent & Artists Collective, KC handles software development and all things web-related. This includes implementing technological solutions for businesses and artists on our growing list of clients. He is also the founder and developer of the Jacksonville Parques mobile app; a free application for streamlining and gamifying the Jacksonville city parks experience.

Matt Henderson (Danka) | VP of Branding & Merchandise

Matt Henderson is a local musician who has performed under the moniker Danka for many years. He is also a talented printer who prints shirts and other merchandise for all kinds of local businesses and bands.
